I’m a multiple time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Champion, teacher, entrepreneur, consultant and writer. A creative at heart, I’m passionate about understanding and deconstructing the human experience through my perspectives on both a personal and professional level. I love immersing myself in people, places and things so that I can gain a wider and deeper appreciation for the diversity of our existence. In my half life I’ve learned there is no prescribed or standardized way to find happiness, acceptance and success. Choosing your own path, no matter how hard the struggles and how big the doubt is the only way to transcend the demands and expectations of our reality to internally and externally thrive. 

Martial combat and motherhood have shaped me in my most vulnerable states. These extreme physical and psychological experiences gave me so much insight into what it means to consciously and unconsciously human; they have formed my understanding of how uniquely powerful we can be. I learned at an early age to never let my environment define me. My life and my work are largely dedicated to helping others do the same.
